Do participants need any musical experience?

Absolutely not. Our sessions are designed for people with zero musical background. We provide all instruments, guide every participant through the experience, and create an environment where there is no right or wrong — only participation. Our facilitation team is experienced at drawing in even the most hesitant participants.
How far in advance do we need to book?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for smaller sessions and 3–4 weeks for larger programs or organizational events. We can occasionally accommodate shorter timelines — reach out and we'll do our best.
What do you need from us in terms of space and setup?

We take care of all logistics. We transport and set up all instruments and materials. You just need a clear space large enough for participants to sit in a circle. We can facilitate in offices, boardrooms, outdoor spaces, event venues, or anywhere that works for your team. We'll confirm space requirements during the discovery call.
How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on program type, team size, location, and date. We provide custom proposals for all corporate bookings. Public events are individually priced per person. Contact us and we'll send you a transparent, tailored proposal — no surprises.
We have team members who might be reluctant. Will this still work?

Yes — and we hear this often. Our facilitation approach is specifically designed to create a low-pressure, non-performative environment. Skeptical participants regularly become the most engaged. Rhythm has a way of bypassing the ego and meeting people where they actually are. We've never had a team leave without something meaningful to show for it.
Can you accommodate large or multi-site organizations?

Yes. We work with our extended facilitation network for large events (100+ participants) and can coordinate multi-session programs for organizations with multiple sites. Contact us to discuss what's possible.
Where do you operate?

Our primary markets are Toronto, Montreal, Fredericton, and Saint John. We also serve organizations throughout the Maritimes. For events outside these areas, contact us — we've traveled for the right engagement and are happy to discuss.
