Rhythms
by the Sea

Where rhythm meets community. A free and open gathering for anyone who wants to feel more connected — to people, to place, and to something larger than their daily routine.

Born on the shore.
Built for the community.

After years in the corporate world, Seb asked a simple question: is the bar really the best we can do? Drinks. Small talk. Nothing that stuck. He wanted something health-driven — genuine connection, real joy, without the performance pressure.

Rhythm was the answer. A drum circle is a safe space where people show up as themselves, create something together, and leave genuinely lighter. The joy is immediate. The connections last.

Rhythms by the Sea is that same experience brought to the Fundy Shore — open to everyone. No experience needed. Just people, percussion, and the kind of connection that happens when a group finds its rhythm.

Rhythm for everyone. No exceptions.

🌐
Radically Open
Every session is free or pay-what-you-can. No skill required, no registration needed for most events. The only thing we ask is that you show up.
🌿
Rooted in Place
Rhythms by the Sea is built around the communities where we live. New Brunswick, the Fundy Shore, local festivals and gatherings — we bring the circle to the people, not the other way around.
🤝
Genuinely Inclusive
From children to elders, from the musically trained to those who've never held a drum. Every person in the circle contributes. Every voice is part of the music.

The community and the corporate are the same work.

Aluna runs facilitated rhythm programs for organizations — the kind that make the business case to HR directors and come with an ROI report. Rhythms by the Sea is the same philosophy, different context: community spaces, accessible pricing, open to anyone.

Both exist because we believe rhythm is not a luxury. It's a fundamental human need — and access to it shouldn't be limited to organizations with a training budget.
